Love or Marriage n Love ?
While setting the kitchen for tomorrow, I was moping and humming the title song from the movie Taare Zameen Par. Subconsciously I was thinking of my relationship with my husband, ten years back, today was the day, when we vowed to be with each other for the rest of our life and got engaged. I kept the grocery in place, stacked the frozen entrees and the snacks for my kids in order so that they can reach safe. After all the chores when I was sitting comfortably with my iPad, I searched for some good words about "husband."
And to my surprise I came across this line,"love is the thing that enables a woman to sing while she mops of the floor after her husband has walked across it in his barn boots." Ahhh, with a breadth, I thought over it for sometime. Children come home after play time with messy clothes and the mother has to freshen them. Husband returns from work and opens his wardrobe to find his pair of trousers neatly kept. The lady returns home, to see that everything still remains in order else she sets them before going to bed to start a fresh new morning. It's ultimately, the woman of the family, who has to mop off everyone's mess.
Let the Almighty, give her the strength.
Amen!
